What is a lease-purchase?
A lease purchase is very simple concept consisting of two elements. First you have a traditional lease on a home and secondly you have a sales contract to purchase the home. You can purchase the home anytime during the lease, generally one to three years.

We have numerous homes available for lease purchase in the Birmingham Area ranging from $30k - $500k dollars. If we have a home in inventory that suits your needs then great. If not, we can purchase any home available for sale and immediately give you possession.
How much down payment is required?
This is determined by the price of the home and the term of the lease. Downpayments can be as low as 10% of the cost of the home.
